    Default Problems with Global.asa

I am making a Guestbook applicastion. I created one Guestbook folder in wwwroot and put all my asp files and global.asa there. The problem is my application is not able to read Application variables from Global.asa file. When I put this file into wwwroot directory, it worked!. Is Global.asa works this way.? Thanks.

Yes, as far as I am aware the global ASA has to be in the root of the web site. You may get some success if the folder you created as the guestbook is defined as a web in it&#039s own right as opposed to just a subdir of anothe rweb site. But if you can work the the global.asa in root, why fight it :-))
