Default Stock quandry

    It&#039s finally happened - the site I&#039m developing for wants to jump on the stock ticker bandwagon.

I&#039ve been trying to think of a way to create the page in ASP. In PHP, I&#039m able to assign the value of the yahoo stock page to a variable and call that variable later on, like this:
$fp = fopen("", "r");

I&#039ve tried to think of a way to do this with the Request object, but no luck. I&#039ve tried a couple of things with the FSO but I&#039m not sure how to access data off a remote URL. Is there a way to do this with the recordset object, or with the FSO that I&#039m not thinking of?

Any help would be appreciated. You can respond to me here or at

Thanks in advance!!!!!
