    Default document.submit....

    hello,<BR> I am calling a simple javascript function to check the values of two fields are same or not. after checking i had given<BR>"document.form.submit;" and it shows error in that line. the error it shows is "Object doesn&#039t support this property or method".<BR> this error was thrown only in IE and not in Netscape. <BR>can i know the solution?<BR><BR>Thank you,<BR>keerthi

    hi keerthi<BR><BR>r u passing the value thro&#039 a form, if so when the condition fails u have to return to the form else return true, call the function as return functionname(var1,var2)<BR>

    In JavaScript the functional brackets are not optional<BR>use document.thisForm.submit();
