Default Global.asa - let me simplify

Application 1 is in a directory under the root and uses the global.asa file and application 2 is in a different directory under the root but does not use the global.asa file. Wouldn&#039t application 2 start the global.asa file regardless of whether it was using it or not? Global.asa files start automatically for any application under the root as I understand it.

Thanks,

Rob

the global.asa file, if in the root of a site, runs on initiation of application (when the server starts) and of each session. global.asa in subfolders, as long as your server is set up right, run when the sub-web is accessed

jason
