Hi All,

I have a SQL Stored procedure on SQL Server 6.5 running on Windows 2000 Server and IIS 5.0.

The stored procedure has a few SQL statements in it with the last being built in a string and then executed.

When I call the procedure from my ASP page using ADO it crashes with "Invalid Column Name &#039&#039."

The problem is that the ADO crashes when I use the Execute statement in the stored procedure, if I remove the execute and write the statement as native it works fine?

I also have a NT4 box with IIS 4 and SQL 7.0 and the same statement works fine?

I have a feeling that the ODBC driver for ADO with SQL 6.5 has a bug in it and that the new ADO native driver for SQL 7.0 has no such bug??

Not sure if you anyone can answer this as it is a combination of SQL and ADO??

Any help would be appreciated

Craig Betts
craig@betts@ml.com
