    This has been on my mind for ages & hopefully someone will put me out of my misery!!!<BR><BR>When I surf the net I often come across URLs that are not prefixed with the normall WWW. how can this be?<BR><BR>also how can you explain this URL<BR><BR><BR><BR>where is the "2" from in www ?<BR><BR>how do they do that?????????///<BR><BR>
