    Because something is already being written to the page.<BR><BR>two ways to skin the cat.<BR><BR>read up on response.buffer good article at learnasp.com<BR>or don&#039t write nothing before the redirect<BR><BR>hth

    Once you have written any HTML to the client, you cannot redirect or do anything else with the headers.
