Default report from csv file through ODBC connection

    Hi...

Has anyone used the Seagate crystal report for web reporting? pls let me know...How to report from a csv file through ODBC?
I&#039ve tried before for a database like access...and I&#039ve done almost the same for csv files, but chose the correct odbc driver....but when i try to open the database in the Seagate crystal report and want to select some fields, seems that most of the fields appear on the same line with the ";" still between each field....How can I select the field in this case???
How to tell them that my ";" in the csv files are actually the delimiters?

pls help...

thanks!

I&#039ve never used Crystal reports but I have some ideas:
You should be using commas "," not semicolons ";" to separate the values (hence: csv=comma separate value). Once you change to commas, when you set up the DSN, you will be given an opportunity to set up the format, including columns & datatypes.
