    Default Filtering a recordset

    I&#039m reading records from an Access database on IIS 4.0.<BR>When I filter the recordset, I receive an error. The Error.Source value is Provider.<BR>Here is the filter code:<BR>rsCustomers.Filter = "CustomerID = &#039" & Session("CustomerID") & "&#039"<BR>Customers is the table and CustomerID is the unique key.<BR>Everytime I use the filter method I get a provider error.<BR>What is goin on?

    Is the recordset open? Is the CustomerID field numeric, or is it a string? You won&#039t need the single quotes if it&#039s numeric....

    The recordset is open and the CustomerID field is a string.
