Default This may be an easy one...

    I am trying to determine the day a record should be expired and warn a user before hand. If the record is to last for sixth months, I know I can say
<%
TEMP = rs("orderdate") + 180
Response.Write TEMP
%>
But that is not very accurate as 180 days does not equal six months. How can I say rs("orderdate") + 6 and have the "6" be interpreted as months instead of days?

Thanks.

    Default Yep, read the DateAdd docs.

sixMonthsOut = DateAdd("m",6,Date() )

p.s.: Some DateAdd docs have "m" for both minutes
and months. I&#039m pretty sure that it should be "n"
for minutes.
