Default Refreshing a Page on start

Is there anyway to REFRESH a page each time it starts?? I am having problems seeing changes made to my website unless I manually hit the refresh key a few times. Currently I am not writing any cookies so I don&#039t think my browser&#039s feature of refreshing stored pages is working. Is there any other way to do this with code within my webpages?? Thanks

Hi there,<BR>It sounds like your browser is caching the pages and showing you the cached versions when you view them. By hitting refresh you are telling the browser to go off and get the page from the server again. There is a meta tag that, in theory, prevents this from happening:<BR><BR>&#060;META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache"&#062;<BR><BR>Unfortunately, IE does not seem to support this (although they claim they do). <BR><BR>You don&#039t really want to do this in the final version of your page, since return visitors will have to wait for the entire page to reload every time they visit.<BR>
