Default Script Timeouts

    Hi All,
I am getting an error with Script Timeouts. This happens when my database query takes more time to execute than the Script Timeout set on the IIS.
Is there someway I can prevent the script from timing out short of increasing Script timeout on server or using Server.Scripttimeout in the scripts.

Thanks,

Salil
