Default Uploading images using SuperGoo

I&#039m attempting to upload images to a web site using a product from &#039http://www.websupergoo.com&#039. While all is working perfectly fine on our development and QA environments, we get the following error in production:

A QuickTime error occurred indicating that it does not support this type of image (-2003). Draw Data: Data={1334 bytes, 0x05364d42 0x00000000 ...} Type={C:developmentCourseBuilderCourseBuilder 1.0Arrow.bmp} Parameters={} Canvas={Width=0 Height=0 Depth=32 Buffer=0} Unable to draw file.

The only difference between the 3 environments is the distance: production is hosted by a third party.

Any ideas?

Thanks
probably something to do with mime types. check the remote server to see that its mimetype mappings match your production machine

jason
