Default How do I register a Java .class file?

    Hi

I&#039m moving a web site for a client form their existing server onto a new one. The site contains a number of object references to Dates.Date - in the directory is a dates.class file so I assume this is the component. I&#039ve tried using the javareg utility that comes with the MS Java SDK but it doesn&#039t work (although it says it&#039s registered it.) The strange thing is, even if I don&#039t tell it where to find the class file (located on the web server) it says it&#039s registered it successfully.

Where am I going wrong? The O&#039Reilly book on developing ASP components which covers Java sheds little light on the problem.

Thanks for your help.
Tom Holder
you&#039re probably gonna be better off dropping the .class into the rustlib folder and referencing it with

GetObject("myclass.class")

jason
