Default Question about Ubound

    I was looking at and saw their examples using the getrows. I read through all the code and I understand everything except what the Ubound does? Here is the sample code to see it in action:

<%
&#039 Open Database
myarray=rstemp.GetRows
rstemp.close
set rstemp=nothing
close database
numcols=ubound(alldata,1)
maxcounte r=ubound(alldata,2)
For counter=0 to maxcounter
city=myarray(1,counter)
st=myarray(2,counter)
zip=myarray(3,counter)
... process/format data ...
NEXT
%>

Thanks in advance,

Matt

All that Ubound does is return the number of elements(largest number of subscripts) in an array. The code was using a multi-dimensional array to keep track of the columns and rows in the database.

--Briggs
