Default Script timing out - possible to extend time?

I have a admin script that cycles through each record in a table (about 500) and sends an email to each &#039person&#039 listed in that record. Works fine through the first 100, but times out.

Currenly I am avoiding this problem by looping through the recordset and establishing a secondary connection for each record to update a field from 0 to 1. That way when the script times out, just refresh and it continues where it left off.

Is there a simplier way to do this? I.E. extend the amount of time before the script times out?

    You can use
<% server.scripttimeout=# %> where # is the number of seconds the script will timeout.
