    Default help!

    I keep getting this error:<BR><BR>Server.MapPath() error &#039ASP 0174 : 80004005&#039 <BR><BR>Invalid Path Character(s) <BR><BR>/sappcadm-1.0/sappcadm1.0.1/admin/promptdate.asp, line 14 <BR><BR>An invalid &#039/&#039 or &#039&#039 was found in the Path parameter for the MapPath method<BR><BR><BR><BR>here&#039s the line 14:<BR>FileName = Server.MapPath("../Log/"&WebServerAd&"/userlog.txt")<BR><BR>I&#039m currently in the &#039admin&#039 folder in sappcadm1.0.1 and I want to get the &#039log&#039 folder found in sappcadm1.0.1...That&#039s why I used the "../" to drop one level down.<BR>Where could be the error?<BR>Thanks a lot<BR><BR><BR>

    The problem you have is with the Quotes. Try using sigle quotes inside the double quotes.<BR><BR>WebServer = "admin"<BR>FileName = Server.MapPath("../Log/&#039"&WebServerAD&"&#039/userlog.txt") <BR><BR>Pls let me know of the result to cnsimhan@yahoo.com<BR><BR>Bye
