Default response.redirect

since response.redirect sends an http header with the 302 object moved status, i was wondering if any old browsers showed an error page instead of redirecting..

Occasionally. MSIE will sometimes bring up a "Object moved <link>here.</link>" message, where the link *hopefully* goes where you&#039re pointing the redirection at. I haven&#039t had consistent enough results in a controlled environment to actually figure out what the determining factor is (search for words http 302 on MSDN), but as the 302 is the HTTP standard, all browsers in existence should be smart enough to at least link to the redirect if not go right to it.
