Default ASP v SHTML

    Hi
I am building a site that will use some asp and a bunch of includes as the site is built around a template.
On the pages that don&#039t use asp I could just use a shtml extension but I would like to keep them all as *.asp for unifority.
Is there a difference in performance ?
TIA
Damian

Yes there is a difference. ASP pages must be parsed through asp.dll which is slower than ssinc.dll, which include files are parsed through. However, if your # of concurrent visitors is low (under 50), then go with the .ASP extension.

Happy Programming!
