Default ASP on Personal Web Server

I am trying to activate my ASP pages from the C:drive using Personal Web Server. If I call the page from the browser using the "http:..." address the ASP page runs properly. But, if I call the page using the address "C:inetpubwwwroot..." the page comes up, but the VB script code in the ASP page does NOT run. I went into the advanced window in PWS and set the folder rights to read, execute, and script but still no luck.
Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

    Chris,

By using the address c:inetpub... you aren&#039t actually go thru the web server at all, thus anything with asp in it wont work.

You need to access you pages by:

http://localhost/virtualdirectory/index.asp

Localhost will access the pws.

HTH
Renee
