Default May be it is a silly question

    This is more of a html question.I was viewing one web page and found that the hyperlinks were underlined. On another page, they were not. i looked at the source code and found that both were just being referenced by the and tags. My question is how do you create a non-underlined hyperlink.

    what you need is STYLE and I have it!....

when using the "a href" syntax, it helps if you define what "a" means. What you are after is the "text-decoration: none".

copy the section below into the HEAD section of your HTML and see what happens!

<style type="text/css">
<!-- //

a {color: #FFBB44; text-decoration: none}
a:link {color: #222222;}
a:active {color: #ff0000;}
a:hover {color: #FF0000; text-decoration: underline;}

// -->
</style>
