Unable to download article attachments

I was reviewing this article http://www.4guysfromrolla.com/webtech/010100-1.shtml on RC4 Encryption but I am unable to download the attachements.

It appears the server tries to execute the script even though the file extension is .html (rc4test.asp.html), and the rc4.inc.html file just comes up blank.

So I'm hoping some one can review the page, and fix the Problems.

Hi Steve

Unfortunately it’s the other two files I’m having a problem with.
rc4.inc and rc4test.asp the actual file names however are rc4.inc.html and rc4test.asp.html

When I click on the rc4test.asp link although the file name is rc4test.asp.html it appears the server is trying to execute the script.

Here is what I get in Firefox

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0126'

Include file not found

/webtech/code/rc4test.asp.html, line 2

The include file 'rc4.inc' was not found.

Confirmed and I reported the issue to the IT department.

I just wanted to Check and see if you had heard anything from IT yet?
Is there anyway you or someone else can get the files in the interim and send them to me?

Sent a second request. Have no idea if they'll be able fix it. It's possible the files didn't carry over when the site was moved to the new server.

The second request did get forwarded to three different "writers" that apparently deal with this type of stuff.

Did you manage to make any progress with this as I've been trying to access these files today without success. The files are obviously available because the online demo works.

Odds are real good that files can't be found... and maybe the best they can do is remove the links.. But I've sent another request to the Editors.
