    Hi site Admin / Owners,

Please can you address the spam issues which are now plaguing your site.

Genuine site activity is dropping off as a consequence of all the rubbish being posted.

I appreciate your time is valuable , so could you allow some users to moderate this site and delete all the junk threads on your behalf ?

    regards,

    Jon......

    I'm hammering on this.

I've also asked that two other guys get involved with squashing this spam. They should start checking regularly to help with this as well.

We *will* be happy to report spam when we see it if it will be zapped. Just seemed no point in doing so when nobody responded before.

    Thanks for checking up.

This site now has a Mod Crew

As Steve says, we'll be checking in regularly from now on. I will be here myself at least twice a day. If anything needs sorting out, please don't hesitate to PM or Email me

With as little traffic as the site gets nowadays (partly due to spam, partly because the ASP.NET heavy hitters aren't here and ASP.NET is the bulk of traffic on most windows-oriented sites), once a day checks or even just waiting for spam reports would be more than adequate.

But don't let me tell you not to check!
