Default where to find scripts?

Can anyone tell me a good place to find copy-and-paste JScript examples? I&#039ve found some good JavaScript sites but I&#039m worried that they won&#039t work in IE.

I am also looking for a comprehensive list of Javascript functions/properties that don&#039t work in IE.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
JOE CHAHINE
Dearborn, MI

http://dynamicdrive.com -- They indicate what versions of which browsers can run their samples. The problems with compatibility between Netscape and IE as far as client-side javascript is concerned is more a function of the differences between their document object models, since their JS implementations are essentially W3C/ECMAScript compliant. (Yes, yes, I know there are some differences for you purists out there but the DOM is a bigger headache than JS compatibility.)

Also, http://developer.netscape.com is a great JS resource. Perhaps you&#039ll have to do some minor editing to make some of their samples work with IE&#039s DOM but it&#039s well worth the effort to pop the hood and see what makes &#039er tick.

Good luck.

Thank you for the links Joel! I guess that all I have to do is experiment and test, test, test.

Regards,
JOE CHAHINE
Dearborn, MI
