Default Error in ActiveX Component

I have a Visual Basic 6.0 created ActiveX Dll running on a windows NT machine running IIS 4.0. The Visual Basic references the VBScript Regular Expressions, it works fine when I run it on a windows 98 machine. When I run the dll via an ASP page on NT however I get the following error:
&#039 800a01ad&#039

ActiveX component can&#039t create object

What could be the cause of this error? I noticed the dll it references is vbscript.dll for the regular expression object and the version on windows98 and windows nt is different.
Could the problem be the vbscript.dll on windows nt is older and not have the regular expressions built into it?

Anyone know the answer????

That is totally possible VBscript didn&#039t support
Reg Expressions til version 5 if I&#039m not mistaken.

Make sure you register the dll in the new machine
when you move a dll from another.
