    is it possible to pass a parameter to another page with a javascript, like with vbscript?<BR><BR>thanks<BR><BR>

    Not sure if you mean Client-side or Server-side JavaScript, but the searchstring or querystring is a safe bet. the data does not necessarily be in name=value pairs, but it must be URL encoded. they can be read from the property, but you must parse them yourself. use the string replace method to convert spaces to and from as well as the window escape and unescape methods to convert illegal characters to safe ones. if you still need help, let me know. - Cyanide_7
