Okay, time for some more theory questions...

I have an ASP script which uses a VB COM. I want to offload some of the ASP in to a WSC (but not the COM due to performance reasons).

1 -> Can I pass the COM from the ASP into the WSC without creating another instance of the COM object?
2 -> Expecting that I can do #1, when the WSC is destroyed, will it take the COM object with it, or just its pointer to the COM object?

According to my barely remembered C++ learnings, the pass should be a pointer and the destruction should be of the pointer... but VB and VBS are hardly C++.

Thanks in advance!
