    Default Operations in ASP

How do I compare the two string in a SQL for ASP? For example, if I want to say the lastname is equal to logon_user, I would have my sql statement below:<BR><BR>SQLDept ="SELECT UpdatedComment FROM NTAccounts WHERE lastname = &#039" & session("LOGON_USER") & "&#039"<BR> <BR>What if I want to say the lastname is not equal to logon_user, how would I say it? What&#039s the proper syntax for this sql statement? Thanks so much.
