    Default Search on multiple fields in a dBase

    To all experts :<BR>How do I use a boolean (and/or) function ? I.E making a search on multiple text fields in a dBase.<BR><BR>Hoping on a respond.

    Are you searching for one term in multiple fields or multiple terms? If only one term, then you may use &#039WHERE Field1 = term1 AND Field2 = term2&#039. If multiple terms, do you want all terms to be in one field, or either/or? All in one field is just a variation of the above WHERE statement with additional terms specfied for each field. It gets much more complicated if you want to search for multiple terms in either/or of multiple fields.

    It would be in one dBase with 7 text fields thus multiple field search with and /or functions.<BR><BR>Thanks for a reply.<BR>Rolly
