I have a table in a an access database that has, and always will have 8 records. One of the fields in that table is named active and is yes/no type. The user can taggle that on or off via a form. What I need to do is allow only 1 of the records to be active at any given time. The form submits to a page that simply changes the "active" field in the database from whatever it is to the reverse. What I need to do is for example if record 3 is set to false and the user clicks on it change record 3 to true and make sure the other 7 are off. Is there a way to do that with one update statement?

Hope this makes sense.
