Default Include CGI file

Hi, I can't seem to figure out this little problem- I have a news feed from my ISP that I want to use in my Intranet site. It is a URL that ends in .cgi. I have tried using a server side include on an .aspx page, but I get an error because it's not a file. The only way I have gotten it to work is to point a hyperlink or frame source directly to it. I want to use an include so I can format the text though. It works fine on my ISP's server, but I don't know what they are using. I am using VS.NET 2003 (visual basic). Any ideas on how you would do this?

    Default Use System.IO instead

Now you have the text generated from the cgi file in a string
