Hi all;

I was wondering what techniques you use to validate forms that must be accessable to IE, Netscape, WebTV, etc. We are currently writing a database search that will be available to the general public, and hence it needs to be as broad as possible. I have done some validation using JavaScript and some using VBScript.

The advantage of JavaScript, at least in my experience, is being able to validate the data before it is submitted. When I have set up VBScript validation, it has always been on the &#039results&#039 page, and it requires the user to click &#039Back&#039 and correct the problem.

Can anyone share their experiences and what they have done?

Thanks!
