My employer has temporarily located me to one of there offices in holland. This office currently hosts a couple of websites for some of there European clientelle but my employer wants to get away from hosting applications at this location to host at another location in the states. Some clientelle chose to host with us originally because we are located in Europe and they believe they will have better quality of service with a European based website vs a website hosted in the states.

What I would like to do is gather some hard evidence that responsiveness of a website is or is not affected by the geographic location of the user vs server location. Does anyone know of any tools or services available where I can gather ping statistics from multiple geographic locations?
