Default run a batch file

    Hi all,
i created a batch file which copies a file from one server drive to another server drive.(servers are in the same network)
and drives are mapped. If i run the batch file manually it works fine. but i am trying to call batch file from ASP.NET page it is just not doing anything. it is not giving even any error. i think it is related to the permissions. i even tried to run the batch file from stored procedure without any luck.

anything on this would be appriciated.
Thanks
Ankit

If it's a permissions thing then you may be able to configure a Location element in web.config to impersonate a super-user who has permissions to run those jobs? To do this you would configure the Location element for just the given page which was running the job.
