    Default UPDATE query

    Can anyone tell me what&#039;s wrong with this syntax?<BR><BR>The error I get is "Subquery returned more than 1 value."<BR> <BR><BR>UPDATE Survey1 SET PartnerID =<BR>(SELECT Jobs.PartnerID<BR>FROM JObs INNER JOIN Survey1 on Jobs.JobID = Survey1.JobID)<BR>where survey1.partnerid is null and Survey1.jobid is not null

    <BR>UPDATE Survey1 SET PartnerID =<BR>(SELECT PartnerID<BR>FROM JObs where JobID = Survey1.JobID) <BR>where partnerId is null<BR>
    <BR><BR>I think the message is pretty clear. You can only store one value.
