I just rebuilt an old Coldfusion web application in asp, since the one server we have that supports CF is going away. Part of the application allows the upload and viewing of documents, but the move to the new server has left us unable to view any of the old documents that contain an '&' in the url. It turns out that the new server has urlscan set up, and won't allow it to resolve addresses with '&' characters.
Is there a way to resolve the url so that urlscan will allow it?

Thanks,
Doug
If not, do you know of an easy way to search for/replace the '&' in several thousand document names?
