Default File copy from URL...

I've got a webcam that has it's own web server, and saves a pic every second or so of the current image. I'm trying to run an ASP script from another server that will grab that picture and save it. here's what i got so far:
<%
Dim fs,f

Set fs=Server.CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject ")

Set f=fs.GetFile("")

Response.Write("File created: " & f.DateCreated)

set f=nothing
set fs=nothing
%>

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0035'

File not found

Am i trying to do the impossible or am I just being stupid?
