In my image upload script, I have an HTML file upload INPUT field:

There doesn't seem to be an equivalent ASP:webForm for the file input field/button. So, my question, how I can I directly set the value of the above input field from the codebehind?

I pass a value to the codebehind on the first postback and set it to a variable:

strUploadFileName

If there is an error on the upload, though, I need to reload the page and have a person select a different button. In doing so, this clears the INPUT field, so I need to reassign it a value. I've tried this:

strUploadFileName

uploadedFile .Value = strUploadFileName

But that does not appear to work. I don't get a syntax error, either, though...so I'm kind of stumped as to what the issue is.
