    Default Comparing two tables - how?

    Let&#039s say I have two tables A and B with only one data field in them. I want to find entries in A that are not in B.. what should my SQL statement be??<BR><BR>For example.. <BR>Table A has data: 1, 2, 3<BR>Table B has data: 1, 2<BR><BR>What SQL statement will give me 3?

    I would use MINUS..<BR><BR>SELECT datafield FROM tablea<BR>MINUS<BR>SELECT datafield FROM tableb<BR><BR>HTH<BR><BR>Jerry
