    Default Test for Null

    Is there any way to test an SQL Field to see if it excepts null or not? e.g. If Field.AllowsNull = True Then<BR><BR>Also how can I test an SQL Field to see if it is an auto-increment field or not?<BR><BR>Thanks for any help I can get...<BR><BR>Ray<BR>

    Default No, I think he means he wants to...

    ...get the field&#039;s properties, such as whether it allows nulls, what type it is, etc. - not whether the value in the field is null.<BR><BR>I&#039;m not sure, but maybe Microsoft&#039;s ADO (if that&#039;s what you&#039;re using) documentation can help.
