Default Inactive Textbox after submit

I have 3 textboxes and 1 command button on a form in Access.

After I click the command button I want the first textbox to be inactive after it submits the data to the database...Then I want the 2nd textbox to be inactive after the 2nd click....3rd inactive after third click. If all textboxes are inactive then I want a msgbox to pop up saying error if a user clicks.....or something similar. Know of any tutorials with an example like this in VB? Thanks

this isn't a job for VB. it's a javascript task, and not one that's particularly hard, but it's easily bypassed.
