I have setup some scripts so that I can go to a webpage select and an Excel file and upload it. This then redirects to a page that gets all the values and data from this Excel file.<BR><BR>From here I would like it though to automatically add the data to an Access Database I have in another location.<BR><BR>I wasn't sure how I would do this (add all the data at once) and what we be the best method? Whether deleting existing data in the database first and then adding the new data would be better? If so, is there a easy way to remove all data, but leave the field names in place.<BR><BR>How is the best way to achieve this.? thanking you in advance.
