Default extending IIS using Java

    I recently read an article about how I could use java in ASP. The ASP code is as follows:

<%
Dim javaObject
Dim result

Set javaObject = GetObject("java:HelloWorld")
result = javaObject.SayHello()
Response.Write(result) 'should print Hello World
%>

The java code is as follows:

public class HelloWorld
{
public static void main(String[] args)
{
// Do nothing. But leave it here so we

// don't get any compiler warnings.
}

public String SayHello()
{
return "Hello World!";
}
}

The ASP getObject function should get the Java code and run the java code. Every time I try to run this script, I get an error message that says:

No object for moniker.

What does this mean? Is my simple test code wrong?
How do I get this to work?
