I've got something odd happening on a .net page. I've got a page with a small form that the user inputs some parameters and submits. That queries data and writes out a report. On the report itself I've got the column headers set up so that they are links back to the page that the user can use to sort the report by that particular column. Everything is working fine, however, if the user submits the form and gets the report. Then sorts the report using one of the column header links it is somehow changing the url in the action of the form to the full url with all of the querystring variables from the link. So if they try to submit the form again it is submiting all of the querystring variables and ignoring what is on the form. Has anyone ever seen this? Why is it doing this and can I fix it? Does it have something to do with view state?
