    Default Getting the whole Querystring

I know how to get specified values if you know the collection name. e.g. Response.Querystring("surname"), but what if I want to get every value, but don't know the name of the collection or even how many there are. Perl, for example, returns the whole querystring and the coder has to break that apart. How do I get that same result?
