Default Trouble with ASP.Net page on Windows Server 2003

    I've just started working with a company with a new 2003 server. I'm having trouble getting a simple ASP.Net page to work. I used to work in 2000 Server with no problems. My page seems to ignore all ASP.Net code such as:
<ASP:Button id="btSubmit" Text="Submit" runat="server"
onClick="Login" />
The button referenced above is not displayed. Neither are any other ASP.Net objects such as text boxes, labels, etc. Only standard HTML is recognized and there are no error messages. The .Net Framwork SDK is installed. I'm sure I'm forgetting something simple, but can't think of what it is. Can anyone give me some advice.

Thanks.
