Has anyone ever seen this behaviour? If I send a link from ASPmail on my site with just the IP#, my Outlook 2000 tacks on a string very much like:
outbind://1-00388765344EA77536600938A117655-

The link is now useless in the Outlook panes. Source code of the email shows that the string isn't there, it's an artifact of Outlook.

First I asumed it was a temp ID, but a Google search makes me think it may be a spooler ID, maybe from a printer of all things.

The search was less than conclusive. Anyone familiar with this weirdness?

Thanks

KurtW
