Default World Times

    Hi all
I have an ASP page which gives the time in Sydney Australia. The hosting server is in the US and I just added the hours to come up with the right time.

As we all know, twice a year, we set our clocks forward and back one hour. This means I have to change my code by 2 hours. Is there a way to get the correct time without changing the code?

Thanks
Don

You could write a code based on UTC/GMT time and adding the appropriate # of hours for DST. Sydney is UTC +10 and +11 during DST. The time chnage takes place on the last Sunday's of March and October.

Some help here for getting UTC
