Default checking object in session - help!

    On one page, I set ASP Session("comObjectName") = Nothing. On another page, I want to see if that object exists in session and is populated, meaning I can access properties of that object.
I have tried using If Isobject(session("comObjectName")), as well as IsEmpty and IsNull. IsObject returns true, and IsEmpty and IsNull both return false. However, when I try to display the value from a property of an object, obviously, I get empty string. I have not instantiated this object anywhere else. All I have done with it is set it equal to nothing on an earlier page. Any suggestions on how I can check to see if the object REALLY exists in session?

Thank You.

Anna,
There is no need to assign &#039Nothing&#039...
Do not assign a value until you really want one and your test
for IsObject() will work properly.

Assigning the value Nothing is not doing what you hope it will.
