Default Pre-poluate the form fields with...

    ...the values you read from the database.

The logic would be something like this:

Find the user in the database
Read the record
Set VALUE property of form fields to values from the record

For example:

<input type="text" name="FirstName" value="<%=Rs.Fields("FirstName")%>"&#062 ;

It'll all depend on what form fields you've got and what database fields.

Hope this helps,
Oliver.
